How are orders delivered?

Based on your choice of shipping method will determine your carrier if not in-store pick up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. We work hard to fulfill your order promptly and efficiently therefore it is not possible to change or cancel an order once processed. If you would like to change or cancel a re-stocking fee may apply.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24-72 hours if all items in the order are available. If any items are backordered a follow up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.
What are shipping rates?
Flat rate shipping: $7.95 Local standard shipping on any order
Free Shipping: available to any local order over $99
Based on weight: Orders outside of the lower mainland are based by weight, size, & destination. Your shipping rates will depend on the item or items in your order.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any damaged delivery as we will do our best to accommodate your shipments product needs.
